Wedding Bells Package includes:

Month-out walk through of venue with Bride and any family/friends
Timeline for Rehearsal & Wedding Ceremony and Reception
Confirmation communications with all vendors to finalize any remaining details
20+ page Wedding Plan Details for the Wedding Day
Creation of 'Rain Plan' (when applicable) and makes determination when to execute the plan -- communicates with vendors all necessary details
Choice of using any decor materials owned by BKD Event Design & Coordination including: various arches*, signs, wood slabs, drapery, lighting and paper lanterns, table numbers (various kinds), whiskey barrels, lanterns, 80+ cylinder vases, mason jars, bud vases, black ceramic dishes, oversized floor vases, pampass grasses, pampass grass sprays, tealight/votive holders, various colored napkins, chiffon/gauze/satin table runners, chair covers, table linens, greenery - OR - we can set up your provided materials. *Note: additional fees apply for arches due to the cost of hauling and setup.
(Decor page with images of all our materials is coming soon)One Day of Coordinator who will be present at the rehearsal and ceremony and reception; coordinating all vendors, providing instruction to them as well as for the wedding party and family members, cueing everyone at the precise time and handling any issues
Placement of all signage
Ensures photography spaces are setup and ready prior to photography sessions and also ensures privacy of photography sessions
Additional staff members to set up and tear down decor
Work with venue and catering staff to ensure everything is seamless
Collection of personal materials and delivery to designated person/location
Rental Pick-up + Drop-offs (mileage applicable in some cases)
